Victim-context script execution via unneutralized wer parameter
Published Oct 4, 2024 · Updated Oct 4, 2024
Reflected XSS in 4PACE CADClick 1.11.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute script via a crafted wer parameter. PrevPgGroup.aspx reflects the wer value into the response without neutralizing script-bearing characters, so injected HTML or JavaScript executes when rendered. A victim must open the crafted request; execution remains in the victim browser context and can read or alter application data available to that session.
