Browser script execution via unescaped searchindex reflection
Published Oct 4, 2024 · Updated Oct 4, 2024
Reflected XSS in 4PACE CADClick 1.11.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to run script in a victim's browser via searchindex input. Artikel.aspx places the searchindex value into generated HTML without neutralizing script syntax, so a script-tag payload executes. Exploitation requires low-privileged access and victim interaction; executed script runs in CADClick's origin and can read or alter browser-visible data.
