CVE-2024-41454Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Authenticated script execution via unrestricted logo upload

Published Jan 15, 2025 · Updated Feb 3, 2025

Unrestricted file upload in ProcessMaker pm4core-docker 4.1.21-RC7 allows remote authenticated users to store active HTML files. The Customize UI login-logo uploader accepts HTML despite its image-only restriction, leaving attacker-controlled active content in the logo upload location. Administrator access is required; the published proof of concept states that uploaded PHP is not executed, so server-side code execution remains unsubstantiated.
