Stored XSS in Alkacon OpenCMS 17.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts in readers' browsers through article author data. The Create/Modify article function stores the author parameter without neutralizing HTML, then renders it as active markup on an article's Read More view. Article creation or modification access is required, and execution occurs when another user opens the published article's Read More view.
