Server crash via invalid query-tree cast

Buffer overflow in ClickHouse 24.3.3.102 allows remote attackers to crash the server through a crafted distributed-table insertion. During constant-expression evaluation, DB::evaluateConstantExpressionImpl treats an incompatible query-tree node as a QueryNode and reads a null address. Reachability requires the MySQL interface, a Distributed-table cluster, and distributed_product_mode='allow'; published evidence reports only a server crash.
