FTPS transfer tampering via disabled certificate validation

Improper certificate validation in Filestash 0.4 allows man-in-the-middle attackers to alter data in FTPS transfers. The FTP backend's Ftp.Init configuration sets tls.Config.InsecureSkipVerify to true for implicit and explicit FTPS, so it accepts an untrusted server certificate. Exploitation requires a network position between Filestash and an FTPS server and an FTPS-backed connection; the attacker can impersonate the server and tamper with transferred file data.
