Unauthorized subject creation via missing access checks

Improper access control in Kashipara Group Responsive School Management System 3.2.0 allows remote attackers to create subject records. The /smsa/add_subject.php form and /smsa/add_subject_submit.php handler permit subject creation without enforcing administrator authentication. No user interaction is required, and successful requests add unauthorized subject entries rather than exposing data or interrupting service.
