Authenticated SQL execution via login username parameter
Published Aug 28, 2024 · Updated Aug 28, 2024
SQL injection in Responsive School Management System 3.2.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary SQL through the login username. admin_login.php passes the attacker-controlled username into a database query without neutralizing SQL syntax, allowing injected expressions to alter the command. Access to the web application and low-privilege authentication are required; exploitation can read or change data permitted to the application's database account.
