Cross-site scripting via unescaped Helium package text

Cross-site scripting in the Helium module in Apache Zeppelin before 0.12.0 allows remote attackers to execute script in a user's browser. The web frontend treats Helium package descriptions and modal text as trusted HTML instead of escaping attacker-controlled markup before rendering. Exploitation requires a malicious Helium package and user interaction with the affected interface, enabling script execution in the Zeppelin web origin.
