Unauthenticated file disclosure via exposed Raft service
Published Jul 12, 2025 · Updated Nov 4, 2025
Information disclosure in Apache Zeppelin before 0.12.0 allows remote attackers to read server directories and files through Raft. The Cluster Interpreter starts a Raft server that accepts resource-enumeration and file-access operations without authentication. Network reachability to that Raft service is sufficient in releases starting with 0.10.1; exposure is limited to confidentiality, with no reported write or service-interruption impact.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
