Permission bypass via unsigned WebView library loading

Library injection in Microsoft Teams for macOS 24046.2812.2722.8193 allows local users to inherit Teams-granted permissions. WebView.app enables com.apple.security.cs.disable-library-validation and passes a framework path derived from its executable location to dlopen, accepting an unsigned replacement library. A malicious local application must place the crafted framework and launch the helper; injected code then inherits microphone or other permissions granted to Teams.
