Secret disclosure via logged command arguments

Information disclosure in Canonical ops 2.0.0 through 2.14.1 allows local users to read Juju secrets from error logs. The model backend places secret values in secret-* command arguments, and an uncaught subprocess.CalledProcessError records the full command in Juju logs and the system journal. Exposure requires Juju 3.0 or later, Juju secrets, a failing secret command, uncaught error handling, and access to adm-protected or copied logs.
