Kernel memory corruption via unchecked TAP frame length

Out-of-bounds access in affected Linux kernel releases allows local users to expose or corrupt kernel memory via short TAP XDP frames. tap_get_user_xdp passes frames shorter than ETH_HLEN to skb_set_network_header without first validating their length, producing inconsistent skb metadata. Reachability requires an authorized guest VM or local access to vhost-net and a TAP-family device; consequences include host-memory disclosure, corruption, and kernel panic.
