Kernel crash via malformed bcachefs downgrade entries

Out-of-bounds reads in Linux 6.7 through 6.9.7 allow local users to crash the kernel by supplying a malformed bcachefs image. bch2_sb_downgrade_validate and for_each_downgrade_entry fail to reject downgrade entries extending beyond the superblock section. A user or administrator must mount the crafted image; processing can disclose adjacent kernel heap data in logs, suppress filesystem error handling, or interrupt the system.
