Kernel crash via premature cxl_nvd dereference

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux kernel CXL memory subsystem allows local users to crash the kernel during pmem region auto-assembly. cxl_pmem_region_probe dereferences a memdev cxl_nvd before cxl_memdev_probe has registered it because endpoint probing can auto-assemble the region first. Low-privileged local access and a CXL persistent-memory configuration that performs region auto-assembly are required, and the bounded consequence is system interruption from a kernel fault.
