Kernel crash via incomplete CXL region lookup

NULL pointer dereference in Linux 6.4 through 6.6.36 and 6.7 through 6.9.7 allows local users to crash the kernel. The cxl_dpa_to_region() lookup treats an endpoint mapped to a DPA as belonging to a fully assembled region, then dereferences a missing region while reading its name. Triggering requires a CXL BIOS-defined region that failed assembly or a race with its assembly, and the resulting kernel oops interrupts service without reported data disclosure or modification.
