Process denial of service via malicious copen request

Denial of service in Linux kernel cachefiles allows local users to block processes by issuing a malicious copen request. cachefiles_ondemand_copen removes the selected request, but when its object's ondemand_id is negative it leaves the object in reopen state, causing select_req to skip subsequent requests indefinitely. Access to the cachefiles on-demand daemon interface is required; affected reads never complete and can block other processes.
