Local denial of service via empty scrub bio

Denial of service in Linux 6.7 and affected Git revisions allows local users to crash or hang a system during a Btrfs scrub. When btrfs_map_block() fails in scrub_submit_extent_sector_read(), the error path completes a newly allocated empty bio, and scrub_read_endio() cannot find a matching sector before its bounds assertion. The path requires a Btrfs scrub with the RAID stripe tree feature and a failed mapping lookup; it can assert-crash the kernel or leave scrub pending indefinitely.
