Network service interruption via leaked transmit buffers

Memory leak in the Linux kernel ibmvnic driver allows local users to interrupt network service during packet transmission. The ibmvnic transmit path overwrites a non-null tx_buff skb pointer when free_map and tx_buff fall out of sync, leaking the old skb because it checks only the mapped index. Reaching the flaw requires local low-privilege access and an affected IBM virtual NIC; accumulated leaks can stop TCP from sending packets and cause timeouts.
