Kernel crash via unwhitelisted dispatch-log slab copy

Denial of service in Linux pSeries kernels allows local users to crash the kernel by reading a dispatch trace log debugfs file. The DTL slab cache omits a hardened-usercopy whitelist, so dtl_file_read attempts to copy an unapproved object region and reaches usercopy_abort. Access to the debugfs DTL files is reserved for privileged users, and exposure requires an IBM pSeries guest with CONFIG_HARDENED_USERCOPY enabled.
