System compromise via unchecked display-state array index

Out-of-bounds array access in Linux kernel 6.7 through 6.9.10 allows local users to compromise a system through AMD display processing. The dml2_calculate_rq_and_dlg_params() function uses out_lowest_state_idx, which can exceed 1, to read the two-element FCLKChangeSupport array. The gate is local low-privileged access on a system exercising the affected AMD display path; the flaw enables system compromise without user interaction.
