Kernel crash via UFS request-completion race

NULL pointer dereference in affected Linux kernel UFS core releases allows local users to crash the kernel during request abort. During a race between ufshcd_abort_one and the completion ISR, __blk_mq_free_request clears rq->mq_hctx before blk_mq_unique_tag dereferences it. Triggering the crash requires local low-privileged access, an affected UFS configuration, and overlap between error-handler abort and request completion.
