Read-request hangs via reused cachefiles message IDs

Denial of service in affected Linux kernel cachefiles code allows local users to hang read requests through a malicious reopen completion. cachefiles_ondemand_send_req reuses a recently completed msg_id, letting a later copen succeed for the wrong request and leaving the object stuck reopening. Access to the cachefiles on-demand daemon interface and a concurrent reopen sequence are required; dependent read requests can remain unprocessed.
