Kernel warning via blocked XDP unload

Improper XDP teardown in affected Linux kernels allows local users to trigger a kernel warning by unloading the i40e driver. The i40e_ndo_bpf callback checks __I40E_IN_REMOVE without distinguishing an XDP program unload from a new program load, so removal incorrectly rejects required teardown. Reaching the warning requires an i40e interface with an XDP program attached and authority to remove the driver; no crash or data loss is reported.
