Service interruption via uncleared USB endpoint bits

Improper USB descriptor validation in Linux allows local users to interrupt service through malformed endpoint descriptors. usb_parse_endpoint() leaves reserved bEndpointAddress bits intact, so endpoint_is_duplicate() can treat matching directions and endpoint numbers as distinct. Low-privileged local access and control of descriptors presented to usbcore are required; the bounded consequence is service interruption.
