Service interruption via canceled deadline timer reference leak

Memory leakage in the deadline scheduler in affected Linux kernels allows local users to exhaust kernel memory by repeatedly canceling timers. start_dl_timer() takes a task_struct reference, but enqueue_task_dl() can cancel the pending dl_task_timer without releasing that reference. Local low-privileged access and repeated execution of the deadline-scheduling path are required, and sustained leakage can interrupt the system.
