Host crash via poisoned PTE fault mishandling

Denial of service in the Linux kernel on s390 allows local users to crash the host through a poisoned page-table entry. The do_exception() handler sends VM_FAULT_HWPOISON from PTE_MARKER_POISONED to BUG() instead of handling it like VM_FAULT_SIGBUS. A low-privileged local user on an s390 host must reach the poisoned-marker fault path; successful exploitation panics the kernel and interrupts service.
