Kernel corruption via premature tcx_entry release

Use-after-free in Linux 6.6 before 6.6.41 and 6.7 through 6.9.9 allows local users to corrupt kernel memory. Replacing an ingress or clsact qdisc that shares a traffic-control block frees tcx_entry while the active qdisc retains its miniq pointer. Closing the network namespace later dereferences that pointer in mini_qdisc_pair_swap, enabling a local user with namespace-scoped CAP_NET_ADMIN to panic the host or escalate privileges.
