Tracing self-test failure via locked built-in events

Configuration flaw in Linux kernel tracing allows local users to disrupt tracing self-tests when event-generation tests are built in. The kprobe and synthetic event test initializers create dynamic events and retain their event-file references, while cleanup exists only in module exit paths. The failure requires a kernel built with either test as a built-in component; ordinary module builds release and remove the events on unload.
