Local privilege escalation via BPF verifier aliasing

Out-of-bounds access in the Linux 6.8 through 6.9.6 BPF verifier allows local users to gain root via a crafted BPF program. reg_set_min_max passes the same fake constant-register object as both operands, so branch refinement corrupts its bounds and makes verifier state diverge from runtime values. Exploitation requires CAP_BPF or enabled unprivileged BPF and yields arbitrary kernel-memory reads and writes, enabling full system compromise or a kernel crash.
