Service interruption via unreleased EPP CPU data

Memory leak in the Linux 6.3 amd-pstate EPP teardown path allows local users to cause a service interruption during CPU exit handling. amd_pstate_epp_cpu_init() allocates cpudata with kzalloc(), but the corresponding CPU-exit path does not free that allocation. The condition requires the AMD P-State EPP driver and local low-privilege access; the published security effect is limited to availability.
