Queue-pair denial of service via oversized UD packets

Denial of service in the Linux kernel RXE RDMA responder allows remote attackers to force a UD queue pair into an error state. The copy_data function defers validation until an oversized UD packet fails the receive-buffer copy, after which send_data_in treats the request as a malformed work queue element instead of silently dropping it. Exploitation requires a reachable RXE UD queue pair; the documented consequence is loss of that queue pair, not a host crash or data modification.
