Local device interruption via recovery deadlock

Improper locking in affected Linux mt7921 drivers allows local users to deadlock chip recovery and interrupt the device. During reset, reset_work holds a lock while waiting for stat_worker to park, while stat_worker waits for that same lock because the reset state is set too late. Exploitation requires local privileges and affected mt7921 hardware entering recovery; the deadlock produces hung tasks and can culminate in a reboot.
