Unauthenticated stored XSS via unsanitized SVG uploads
Published May 2, 2024 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Stored cross-site scripting in StylemixThemes Cost Calculator Builder Pro 3.1.67 and earlier allows remote attackers to inject scripts via SVG uploads. The SVG upload path accepts attacker-controlled script content without sufficient sanitization, and affected pages render it without output escaping. No authentication is required to store the payload; it executes in a visitor's browser when an injected page is accessed, enabling actions or data access within that site's browser origin.
