Kernel panic via unchecked zero CBR address

Denial of service in affected Linux kernel versions allows local users to trigger a kernel panic during DMA synchronization. In arch/mips/bmips/setup.c, bcm6358_quirks fails to disable RAC flushing when TP1 boot leaves BMIPS_GET_CBR() at zero, so arch_sync_dma_for_cpu_all accesses an invalid register base. Reachability requires a BCM6358 MIPS device booted from TP1 with an uninitialized CBR address; the documented consequence is a kernel panic.
