Kernel crash via reversed Netfilter device arguments

NULL pointer dereference in Linux seg6 End.DX4 and End.DX6 handling allows remote attackers to crash the kernel via an IPv6 packet. The two input handlers pass NULL as the inbound device and the real inbound device as the outbound device to the Netfilter PREROUTING hook, causing rpfilter_is_loopback() to dereference the NULL input pointer. Reachability requires an SRv6 End.DX4 or End.DX6 SID plus netfilter processing; one routed packet can panic or render the host unusable without disclosing or modifying data.
