Kernel disclosure and crash via undersized HE element

Out-of-bounds read in Linux cfg80211 6.8 through 6.9.5 allows physically proximate attackers to disclose kernel data or crash systems. The scan parser trusts option bits in a seven-byte HE Operation element and reads optional 6 GHz and VHT fields up to five bytes beyond the frame buffer without validating their required lengths. A 6 GHz-capable radio need only perform an automatic scan; an unauthenticated beacon or probe response can expose a bounded kernel-memory oracle or repeatedly fault the kernel.
