Service interruption via sleeping atomic page mapping

Improper locking in affected RISC-V Linux kernel branches allows local users to interrupt service through page allocation. __kernel_map_pages() calls __set_memory(), which acquires init_mm's semaphore and can sleep even when page allocation invokes it in atomic context. The condition requires a RISC-V kernel with CONFIG_DEBUG_PAGEALLOC enabled; observed effects are a kernel warning and availability loss, with no reported data access or modification.
