CPU lockup via unratelimited cdc-wdm logging

Denial of service in the Linux cdc-wdm USB driver allows local users to lock a CPU via repeated interrupt-URB protocol errors. The wdm_int_callback handler immediately resubmits -EPROTO interrupt URBs and logs each failure with unrestricted dev_err calls, saturating kernel logging. Triggering requires local access to dummy-hcd USB emulation or an equivalent error-producing CDC-WDM path, and the observed consequence is a soft CPU lockup.
