Information disclosure via MOV buffer over-read

Out-of-bounds read in Apple macOS before 14.7 and before 15 allows remote attackers to disclose memory through a crafted MOV video. VTDecoderXPCService fails to validate user-controlled MOV data before reading past the end of an allocated buffer. Exploitation requires a user to visit a malicious page or open the file; the read exposes process memory, while Apple reports unexpected app termination.
