Internal network access via alternate IP encodings

SSRF in Mintplex Labs AnythingLLM 1.5.4 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to access internal services via crafted URLs. The URL validator compares textual prefixes for 192, 172, 10, and 127 and permits HTTP(S), so alternate IP encodings and arbitrary localhost ports evade the denylist. A low-privileged account that can submit a URL can scan internal hosts and read reachable services or cloud instance metadata.
