Published Jul 29, 2024 · Updated Apr 2, 2026
Information disclosure in affected iOS, iPadOS, and macOS releases allows local users to read Safari browsing history through an app. The Security component insufficiently redacts sensitive browsing-history information before exposing it to applications, but Apple has not disclosed the affected data path. A locally executed app is required, and the reported consequence is limited to disclosure of Safari browsing history.
