Weak password requirements in IBM Common Licensing 9.0 allow remote attackers to compromise ART or Administration Agent accounts. In the affected default configuration, ART and Agent do not enforce a defined password length, leaving account passwords easier to guess. Network access to the login surface and an account with a weak password are required; successful compromise exposes information available to that account.
