Local privilege escalation via unsanitized URI schemes

Improper input validation in Android Framework 12 through 14 allows local users to escalate privileges via a malformed URI scheme. Uri.Builder.scheme() stores a caller-supplied scheme unchanged, including embedded scheme delimiters, and serialization then combines it with an authority into a misleading malformed URI. Low-privileged local access is required, but exploitation needs no user interaction and grants elevated privileges on the device.
