Microphone access via unchecked sensor permission group

Missing authorization in Google Android 12 through 14 allows local users to access the microphone through a granted sensor permission. mayAdminGrantPermission checks only the permission name, not whether its group contains an admin-restricted sensor permission, and therefore returns true. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access but no user interaction, and it permits microphone capture.
