Denial of service in Android 14 Remote Key Provisioning allows local users to disable AndroidKeyStore key generation without interaction. The exported RemoteProvisioningService permits non-system callers to invoke getRegistration without a binding permission or caller UID check, allowing attestation-key updates across installed apps. Low-privilege local code can permanently block new keystore key generation, with no reported confidentiality or integrity impact.
