FRP bypass via unbounded Wi-Fi field input

Missing authorization in Android 12 through 14 allows local users to bypass Factory Reset Protection and escalate privileges. The wifi_item_edit_content style in Settings lacks a maximum input length, so an overlong value entered through Add network bypasses the FRP-state enforcement path. Local access is required, but no interaction by another user is needed; successful exploitation defeats device ownership verification and grants elevated access.
