Basic authentication credential disclosure via partial URI masking

Information disclosure in Steeltoe.Discovery.Eureka before 3.2.8 allows remote attackers to expose basic authentication credentials in logs. The DiscoveryClient.cs error handler passes comma-delimited Eureka server URLs to ToMaskedString, which masks user information only in the first URL before LogError records the entire list. Exploitation requires multiple basic-authenticated Eureka URLs, peer awareness, a registry-fetch exception, and access to application logs containing credentials for unmasked peers.
