Information disclosure via forged HEIF dimensions

Out-of-bounds read in OpenImageIO before 2.5.13.1 allows remote attackers to disclose process memory through a crafted HEIF file. HeifInput::seek_subimage trusts attacker-controlled ispe dimensions from the image handle when sizing ImageSpec, then read_native_scanline copies beyond the decoded plane buffer. A user or consuming program must read the crafted image; documented outcomes are process-memory disclosure and an oiiotool crash.
