CSRF in MediaWiki ArticleRatings through 1.42.1 allows remote attackers to alter page ratings through a privileged user's browser. Special:ChangeRating accepts a state-changing GET request without validating an anti-CSRF token. Exploitation requires a logged-in user with the change-rating right, assigned by default to reviewers, to load an attacker-controlled URL.
